SAP plans to spin out Qualtrics, its $8billion (roughly Rs. 59.8 lakh crores) acquisition from 2018, for an IPO. The German software giant says Qualtrics has already been operating with greater autonomy than most of its acquisitions but going public will help it expand its customer base.
